Welcome to UNVEIL YOUR MYTH,
…an expressive ritual arts retreat combining theater, ritual, and shadowwork in a dynamic and playful retreat unlike any other.
Throughout time…
theater and drama have been used to SPEAK TRUTH to uncomfortable places. Behind costumes and masks, performers were able to embody something or someone only imagined in DREAMS AND VISIONS.
Throughout time…
art, music, and poetry a have been a vehicle for ALCHEMY, taking our collective and individual PAIN (lead) and turning to into precious, soulful, disruptive, touching BEAUTY (gold).
Throughout time…
ritual has been used as a way to BRIDGE THE ETHERAL AND COSMIC REALMS with the physical and internal landscapes, connecting us to something greater than ourselves - past, present, and future - and allowing us to speak to the most powerful force in the Universe: OUR OWN HEARTS.
UNVEIL YOUR MYTH
UNVEIL YOUR MYTH combines the art of expression with the art of ritual in a potent journey into mythical realms. Using these tools, lead by Kristina and Sarah, guests will tune into the sacral energy of CREATION, and will birth a new version of themselves by anchoring into the archetypal realms of the unseen... merging with these forces in a transformational, alchemical act of devotion through dance, poetry, theater, drama, costuming, play, song, and ritual movement.

What’s Included

Our home is a beautiful, private haven located in the foothills of the Rockies and nestled up against a nature preserve and open space. Choose from a private room or a shared room with a private bathroom.

Our private chef Jo will prepare 3 meals per day. Coffee and tea will also be available. Please bring your own snacks. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions and allergies so that we can accommodate you.

Poetry, dance, theater, song, and story-telling… alongside shadowwork, embodiment practice, and expressive ritual…. all leading up to the grand finale: the Unveil Your Myth archetype initiation performances.

Work with Kristina Cheraneva to create your own, unique ritual mask based on your personal archetype. Paint and other adornment will be provided.

Included in the price of your retreat is a personal photo shoot with our professional photographer. A $1000 value!

SCHEDULE
Wednesday, April 24
Day 1
ARRIVAL - Colo Spgs, CO
Guests may fly into Colorado Springs Airport (20 min Uber) or Denver International Airport, which is a 1.5 hour drive. Our beautiful weekend home is located in the Broadmoor Area of Colorado Springs, and sits next to a nature preserve and open space that goes on for miles. Guests should plan to arrive no later than 4:00p MT for dinner, followed by Opening Ceremony and Intention-Setting.
Thursday, April 25
Day 2
DISCOVER YOUR MYTH
We’ll begin our day with a Guided Meditation to open our channels to the Muse. Throughout the day, guests will learn about Archetypes and Myth, the role they play in our lives and how to call on these archetypes for expansion and growth. After a day of playful improv, theater, story-telling, and poetry-writing workshop, we will end the night with an ecstatic dance.
Friday, April 26
Day 3
CREATE YOUR MYTH
We will begin our day with light breathwork to open the channels of Expression and Creation. Before lunch, guests will learn about embodiment practices, including opening the throat chakra, exploring emotions trapped in the body, and releasing them in a powerful ritual. The afternoon will be spent creating our individual masks, led by artist and performer Kristina Cheraneva.
Saturday, April 27
Day 4
UNVEIL YOUR MYTH
Our weekend retreat crescendos to its peak on Saturday, beginning with a morning movement practice. We’ll spend the rest of our day in town, curating our costumes and “sets” for our individual “Unveil Your Myth” performance with our ritual masks. After our individual performances, we will celebrate by the fire with singing, dancing, and connection.
Sunday, April 28
Day 5
LIVE YOUR MYTH & DEPART
We’ll end our time together with breakfast and integration “sharemony”, say our goodbyes, and begin to live our myths out in the world! Guests will depart around 11a.
Sometimes we need a new perspective.
Sometimes, we need someone to witness our gifts and to remind us of who we are.
Sometimes we just need to feel safe enough to push past our edges of discomfort.
Sometimes we need to feel seen for everything we are and everywhere we've been.
Sometimes, we need to be honored in our path, no matter how messy or confusing or uncomfortable.
Sometimes, we need to be uplifted in joy, laughter, and play.
We have spaces available for all preferences, including private rooms and shared spaces.
Prices range from $2000- $4000.
Price includes 5 days, 4 nights accommodations.

Kristina Cheraneva, a multidisciplinary artist and embodiment guide, passionately dedicates herself to helping individuals in discovering their true selves through the transformative power of movement and expressive arts. With a rich background in performance dance, movement facilitation, and archetypal mask work, Kristina integrates a unique and holistic approach to her work, encompassing in-person workshops, online courses, and retreats.
As the founder of the "Authentic Embodiment" method, Kristina holds safe spaces for people to deeply connect with their bodies, express themselves creatively, and build meaningful connections with one another.
Kristina’s fascination with dimensionality of the human psyche, brought her to mask making. Through her mask project, Onethousand.faces, Kristina explores and embodies personal and collective myths. Her intricately designed masks are tailored to the intention of each individual. A mask serves as an activation tool of the intention, bringing healing and transformation to the wearer.

Hi there, I'm Sarah Hannah, a transformational coach, spiritual mentor, and psychedelic facilitator. Growing up as an only child, I never felt like I fit in. Since my spiritual awakening in 2018, I have learned that authenticity is the greatest reflection of self-love. When I embrace my Truest Self, I feel like I belong everywhere. I work with men and women seeking greater happiness and fulfillment by helping them identify, express, and release the stories, opinions, and beliefs that keep them stuck, and I believe we all have the power (and birthright!) to create our own story. I'm no stranger to hardship, grief, or challenge, and I've lived a lot of life. I'm passionate about helping others discover their life purpose and the gifts inherent in their uniqueness.
